   Supervisory position responsible for the daily operations, facility management, and event coordination for Vanderbilt University Law School. Manage multiple projects within the Law School, uphold compliance with university guidelines, and oversee safety and security of all staff, faculty, and students.Directly led a team of three staff members in the delivery of operational support for over 60 Faculty, 150 Staff, and 600 students. Managed all institutional assets, projects, space allocations, logistics, facility maintenance and personnel security• Oversaw the life cycle of more than 55 projects and counting; participated in negotiating contract awards, chaired stakeholder meetings, and served as liaison for the Law School with contractors and project managers.• Reported directly to the CBO; managed over $1M in capital assets, coordinated two renovation projects valuing over $2.5M each, negotiated contracts, and led over 25 meetings with senior directors, stakeholders, and executives.• Managed the Facility Maintenance budget to maintain property and assets; reduced spending by over $35k in my first year• Collaborated with more than 10 organizations to provide logistical support for over 400 events. Oversaw occupancy security and wellbeing; coordinated with local law enforcement for additional security of government officials and VIPs.
