As Practice Lead for Digital Transformation and IT at Nigel Wright, I am responsible for establishing and growing this practice.I help organisations to align their digitalisation and IT strategy with their talent management to achieve superior performance. I collaborate with organisations to design optimal structures, roles and responsibilities and I support them to recruit the most suitable personnel to bring their digitalisation and IT strategies to life.
