The Speed of Trust as my purpose drives me since more than 9 years of professional experience in (After-) Sales and Marketing within the automotive industry. After successfully finishing my master’s degree in industrial engineering focusing on strategic management and lean production, I have started my professional career with an international trainee program at Daimler Truck AG (previously Daimler AG) in October 2014. Thereby, I broaden my intercultural mindset through work-related stays in the Netherlands, USA and in China as well as supporting a NGO in Nepal. My personal strengths are a high level of enthusiasm, reliability and agility combined with strong analytical and communication skills. Since I take change as a chance and rethink the existing, I feel comfortable in diverse and dynamic environments. Today, I am happy to support and lead people based on a collaboration and leadership understanding with three main levers: Motivation – Trust – Teamplay.
