Lavoro fianco a fianco con CEO e COO su prodotto e tecnologia, coordino e faccio crescere un team di tre sviluppatori (mid/junior) e sono il riferimento tecnico dell’azienda.

It\'s understanding the real problem before writing a single line.I’m a full-stack engineer with 15+ years of experience turning manual processes and vague ideas into custom digital products: internal tools, web and mobile apps, and automated workflows.
