As a Year 4 Teacher (ECT 1), I deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across the primary curriculum, ensuring all pupils, regardless of background or ability, can access learning and make progress. I adapt my teaching to meet diverse needs, including supporting EAL learners and those requiring additional provision, using strategies such as scaffolding, differentiation, and practical resources.I am passionate about creating a positive classroom culture built on respect, high expectations, and a love of learning. Alongside academic achievement, I focus on developing children’s confidence, resilience, and independence, embedding opportunities for collaboration and critical thinking.As part of my ECT journey, I actively reflect on and refine my practice through professional development, feedback, and collaboration with colleagues.
