A friend started the Developer Experience team at Mode. Our job is to make development, CI, and deployment to non-production environments, exponentially less painful.* Introduced containerized local development for all 3 stacks: 1 Rails+JS stack, 1 JVM stack, 1 Go stack.* Introduced automated container builds, managed by CI, published to ECR.* Diagrammed the workflows, current and desired, for our CI & deployment processes.* Supported Incident Response every chance I could, in order to better understand our customers\' experiences with our product.
