As an in-house attorney at St. Luke\'s Health System, Ltd, specializing in Labor and Employment Law, I am afforded the opportunity to provide counsel to clients on all things Human Resources. St. Luke\'s is the largest private employer in the state of Idaho and currently provides services throughout Southern Idaho and into Eastern Oregon. Some of my common practice areas include: Traditional Labor, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Benefits and Compensation, Human Resources Compliance and Litigation. In addition to providing counsel for in-house clients, I also handle Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Idaho Human Rights Commission Charges of Discrimination and assist with the management of St. Luke\'s employment litigation at both the state and federal levels. I am also an active member of the Idaho State Bar. I am a past Chairman of the Business and Corporate Law section and frequently attend the Labor and Employment Law section meetings.
