Experienced international engineer complex rail and construction projects mainly across Europe and Asia.Client Interaction, Apt at Providing innovative practical solutions to challenging problems, Proficient in all staff augmenting phases, business analysis and leading negotiations, closing and follow-up, are ones of my skills.With over 25 years of experience in construction and rail, I have worked in Europe and Asia (Vietnam, Malaysia, and Philippines).Among the projects I have contributed to- industrial and commercial buildings- metro stations- electrical infrastructure for trains- track and protection systems.I have notably worked as a construction project manager and technical director. My most advanced skills are in project and team management.Beyond my engineering skills, I am recognized as a humane and effective leader, quick to understand challenges, agile and creative during challenging periods and in complex environments, and comfortable with multicultural collaboration.I have worked for large companies such as Alstom and Colas Rail, as well as for smaller companies. I have also had the opportunity to lead a wide variety of assignments in different countries for several companies.I am particularly interested in positions of responsibility for complex, high-stakes projects.Based in Belgium, I currently work in France and can work globally.
