Designed and built a graph-native knowledge management platform using Memgraph, FastAPI, and React to enable analysts to explore force structure, capability gaps, and strategic themes through vector search, natural language queries, and interactive graph visualization- Led modernization of legacy simulation infrastructure for scalable deployment in secure, containerized cloud environments using OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, and Spring- Developed a suite of kernel-based benchmarks and test-harness to improve the characterization of performance and scaling behavior, improving accuracy by over an order of magnitude- Authored the modeling and simulation strategy for an organization of over personnel to guide acquisitions decisions and development priorities emphasizing performance and a modular open-systems approach (MOSA)- Rebuilt simulation core using Unity DOTS/ECS, leveraging data-oriented design to maximize cache locality, SIMD usage, and multithreading, resulting in a performance acceleration over the legacy Python implementation.
