I am a partner based in the Paris office of Stephenson Harwood. I am qualified in England and Wales, France and Italy and I have 20 years of experience in the financing of commercial ships, cruise vessels, super yachts and business jets. I have worked with many of the leading European banks, lessors, investment funds and owners. My experience ranges from traditional financing to innovative and complex structures including loan financings, French tax leases and ECA-backed credit. My secondment to the investment banking department of BNP Paribas has given me a particular insight into the structuring and execution of capital equipment financing transactions.
