About Ezhil Nirai
As the General Secretary of PACE MCC, the students association of the Department of Social Work (SFS), Madras Christian College, I lead and coordinate the documentation processes of the department activities and achievement as well as creating and releasing the department newsletter in addition to various academic and extracurricular activities for the department. I am passionate about Human Resource Management and I have acquired teaching, article writing, and proofreading skills through my coursework and fieldwork. I have also gained valuable insights and experience in the Human Resource field, as I have completed four months of fieldwork trainee positions at Salcomp Plc and Illuminei, and one month summer internship at ITC ICML, Foods Division, Pudukkottai, three leading companies in India. Additionally, I have enhanced my intercultural competence and communication skills through an international student exchange program at Mary Baldwin University in the USA, where I studied and interacted with students from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
