I am a PhD-trained immunologist and translational science advisor focused on advancing immune-based therapies from the bench to the clinic. I earned my PhD in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from The Ohio State University, where my research at Nationwide Children’s Hospital focused on NK cell–based immunotherapies and mechanisms of high-grade glioma resistance using CRISPR and multi-omic approaches.During my training, I contributed to IND-enabling studies and early translational programs for NK cell–based clinical trials, working closely with clinical, regulatory, and cross-functional teams to align preclinical discoveries with early clinical strategy. These experiences strengthened my expertise in translational program design, clinical readiness, and scientific decision-making in oncology.I am the founder of ImpactPhaseGlobal, a consulting practice that guides biotech and academic teams in advancing translational programs and accelerating clinical readiness. I provide strategic guidance and program review, transforming complex scientific research into actionable strategies that support early-stage development in oncology and cell & gene therapy.I am committed to bridging scientific discovery with clinical translation, helping teams navigate early development challenges and move promising therapies closer to patients.
