Platform Management:Oversee and manage the Planful (Host Analytics) platform, ensuring its smooth operation.Perform system maintenance, updates, and ensure the software is working optimally.Manage user roles, permissions, and access rights.2. Data Integration and Management:Facilitate the integration of data from various financial and operational systems into the Planful platform.Ensure data accuracy and completeness in financial models, forecasts, and reporting.Conduct regular audits of the data to prevent errors and maintain quality.3. Financial Planning & Forecasting:Support the FP & A team by setting up and maintaining financial models and forecast templates.Manage the process of budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning within the system.Ensure timely updates to budget and forecast versions and maintain historical records.4. Report Building and Customization:Design and create financial and operational reports and dashboards within Planful.Develop and maintain standard reports for financial statements, variance analysis, and performance metrics.Work with various departments to customize reports that meet specific business needs.5. User Training & Support:Provide training and ongoing support for end-users, ensuring they understand how to use the system efficiently.Troubleshoot any issues users encounter and work to resolve them promptly.6. System Enhancements & Optimization:Identify areas for system enhancement and optimization, including automating manual processes.Collaborate with IT or external consultants to implement upgrades and new features. Stay updated on new Planful releases and functionality.7. Compliance & Security:Ensure the system complies with company security policies and financial reporting standards.Work with internal audit teams to ensure the platform meets all necessary regulatory and compliance requirements.
