I have over 15 years of experience in economic development and public policy, with a passion for connecting people with economic opportunities. At LinkedIn, I lead workforce and climate poicy partnerships, leveraging LinkedIn\'s data and platform to help governments, NGOs, multilateral organizations, and companies in service of LinkedIn\'s vision: to connect every member of the global workforce to economic opportunity. In my current role, I engage directly with policy leaders on changes to policy development or implementation that will help promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth. I also advise leading product initiatives across the company that seek to partner with or serve economic development and workforce development purposes, serving as an economic mobility subject matter expert throughout the product life cycle. I work with colleagues across data science, policy, sales, sustainability, business development, product management, corporate communications, and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions.

   I lead climate and workforce policy partnerships for LinkedIn with a focus on economic mobility for workers around the world. Everyday, I think about how major trends like digitalization/AI and climate change impact the world of work and how the world of work will evolve through these transitions.On the workforce side, I focus on 1) sharing the insights from LinkedIn\'s skills-based research agenda with policymakers and policy-adjacent partners and 2) the ways in which LinkedIn\'s data and platform functionality can improve public workforce development and economic development programs and promote economic mobility for workers. That includes a focus on AI\'s impacts on the workforce and On the climate skills and jobs side, I focus on the ways in which LinkedIn can facilitate and accelerate the just transition to a greener economy. I work cross-functionally to leverage our Economic Graph data to share trends with policymakers, global leaders, and the media. My portfolio includes developing LinkedIn\'s green skills research agenda and leading LinkedIn\'s presence at global climate events, including NY Climate Week and COP. I\'m responsible for developing LinkedIn\'s green economy policy recommendations and developing strategies that will lead to those recommendations adopted as policies by governments around the world. I also work on the ways the LinkedIn platform itself can facilitate and accelerate the green transition through features and products. Fundamentally, LinkedIn is in a unique position to help our members, customers, and partners navigate the climate transition. In addition to my own speaking and media engagements, I work closely with LinkedIn executives to prepare them for high-level meetings with senior government officials. This includes bilateral meetings, roundtables, panel discussions, and other opportunities to deepen relationships among the highest levels of government and multilateral institutions.
