ABOUT ERICA ZAISER
I\'m a social/behavioural scientist driven by a passion for understanding behaviour and improving lives through research. For over 13 years, I have designed and directed complex research programmes across consulting, industry, and academic settings, always with the goal of turning robust evidence into clear strategy and action.I bring a versatile methodological toolkit to my work, with experience in qualitative methods, quantitative analysis, and experimental design. A key part of my experience has been leading research within complex, regulated sectors (particularly healthcare), with expertise ensuring the patient/user voice and priorities are identified and being measured appropriately (COA/eCOA) in drug development. I have deep expertise in regulatory expectations for outcome assessments and in supporting the use of digital health platforms and tools. I\'m fascinated by the emergence of AI-driven research and assessment tools and passionate about ensuring they are used responsibly and ethically. I\'m always keen to have a conversation about digital innovation, research process optimisation, or the broader societal implications of our rapidly changing world.
