Souter Investments is transport entrepreneur Sir Brian Souter’s professional family investment office.Our investment focus is predominantly direct private equity. We would like to hear from:• well-established companies requiring funds for growth or M&A activity;• management teams looking to buy-out their business; and• corporate and private equity funds disposing of non-core or legacy business.Our current focus is on unquoted investments and we typically invest £2m to £25m of equity.We do not invest in start-ups and, as an ethical investor, we will not consider investments in alcohol, armaments, gambling or tobacco.
