Designed, implemented, and managed an array of processes including HR support ticketing systems, Global Employee and Manager portals, Mobility/Immigration management, global onboarding, and compliance. Enhanced the employee experience through customer-centric service delivery within established SLAs. Partnered with regional People Team Leaders, COEs, and HR Technology to evolve the People Shared Services roadmap. Build and operationalize the process, framework, and tool for the Visa & Immigration team database. Manage reporting intake process, evaluates reporting requests against criteria and develop customized reports, as needed. Responsible for end-to-end project management activities including project planning and scope, reporting, and documentation. Liaison and subject matter expert between our client’s business partners and technology teams, facilitating the resolution of complex issues and ensuring the timely, on-budget delivery of project deliverables. Analyze, implemented, and updated processes so as to ensure client goals are met and the effectiveness of current process in order to develop strategies to improve workflow effectiveness. Design strategic scenarios and contingency plan for pending policy changes, business and workforce scenarios Design and deliver key reports that help drive business decisions and generate V&I business insights. Monitor and track V&I key performance indicators, including dashboards.
