Conduct microbiological testing on clinical and commercial cell therapy products to ensure compliance with cGMP and quality standards. • Perform environmental monitoring (EM), bioburden testing, Gram staining, endotoxin testing, and microbial identification on utilities, cleanrooms, and final products. • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment including autoclaves, incubators, microscopes, and plate readers to support QC microbiology operations. • Perform water sample collection, microbial growth promotion testing, and media fill simulations to validate aseptic processes. • Ensure timely and accurate documentation in line with GDP and regulatory standards. • Investigate OOS results and deviations, assist in CAPA implementation, and support audit readiness. • Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing and QA to ensure real-time resolution of quality issues. • Adhere strictly to gowning procedures and aseptic techniques in ISO-classified cleanrooms.
