I assist individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults, who face a range of challenges such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, ADHD, anger management, oppositional defiant disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, post-traumatic stress disorder, and self-harm. My therapeutic approach is comprehensive, personalized, non-judgmental, and centered on the client. The primary aim is to foster a secure and nurturing space where clients can be authentic and work through negative self-talk using a strengths-based cognitive-behavioral framework. I provide sessions both in-person and via telehealth.
