Work cross functionally with various teams within The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (The Aesthetic Society) and The Aesthetic Surgery Education and Research Foundation (The Aesthetic Foundation) to determine funding needs and write grant and in-kind requests for continuing medical education (CME) activities and large scale educational and research programs;• Work proactively to identify and pursue grant support opportunities from corporations and foundations who have a vested interest in continuing medical education within the specialty of aesthetic plastic surgery;• Provide grant reconciliation reports and donor updates to The Aesthetic Society\'s medical education funders in a timely and efficient manner;• Establish positive and effective relationships with Society and Foundation members, donors and industry peers;• Work with the Foindation President and Development Committee to build the Foundation\'s annual membership drive;• Develop Foundation’s donor recognition program to ensure the competitiveness with other national medical organizations of its kind.* Administer Foundation’s patient assistance funds that support unserved and underserved patients with their breast reconstruction journeys during and after breast cancer treatment and recovery.*Manage requests from members to survey Society membership on topics related to aesthetic surgery research.
