I combine extensive academic background with more than 30 years of managerial and consulting experience, both in Israel and in USA.I hold a Ph.D. degree in Organizational Sociology from UCLA, a Masters degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from UJLA and a B.A. degree (Magna Cum Laude) in Psychology and Political Sciences from Tel Aviv University.I served more than 7 years as the Assistant Executive Director in 2 leading Non-Profit Organizations in Los Angeles and later in academic and advisory roles. During the past 23 years I held a series of senior positions in HR management. These positions were in business organizations of various sectors (High-Tech, Finance, Service), local and global, small and large.In those roles I was involved in leading complex change processes, forming and building a range of organizational units and in escorting and executing Merger and Acquisition (M&A) activities. All of these roles were performed, in addition to my on-going managerial, professional and operational activities.Along the years I was a member of various management teams and strategic forums. Simultaneously, during those years I held several teaching positions in various academic institutions, including Tel Aviv University, the Tel Aviv-Yaffo academic college and others.
