   In collaboration with the Vice President for Medical Affairs and Community Engagement, I help lead the development, implementation, and oversight of strategic initiatives that strengthen relationships and drive outcomes in talent recruitment and retention, as well as initiates and fosters strong community health partnerships with key stakeholders. Working closely with system leadership and staff, I also support initiatives connected to Fort Cavazos and military engagements, advancing sustainable health outcomes through work aligned with our Community Benefit and Health Needs Assessments, and partner with Faith in Action efforts. Together, these initiatives are designed to advance the mission and values of BSW and enhance the well-being of the individuals and communities that we serve. Our work fosters community goodwill, expands system influence, and strengthens our competitive position in the market.
