I bring with me over 25 years of experience in various roles, including 18 in the Knowledge Management (KM) space. I have a proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale, strategic KM projects across various industries and organizational functions.I grew up in the contact center environment in the telecommunication sector, and my KM journey began when I led an enterprise KM team, managing cross-functional initiatives and project. Later, at a software vendor in the KM space, I managed global KM projects, led the business and technical presale department, and led product innovation as the Director of Product Management. In the past decade at Deloitte, I leverage my 360° KM expertise – as an end-user, KM lead, and KM tech provider - to my clients across industries and functions to drive innovation and value, helping them define and implement end-to-end KM programs from strategy to technology to support realizing their business goals. Today, as Deloitte’s KM Practice Lead, I oversee a team of global practitioners in selling and delivering large scale, strategic and innovative KM projects, publish thought leadership, and execute a visionary strategy to find better and more efficient ways to serve our clients and deliver high quality outcomes.
