Directed a cross-functional team (Squad) in executing global technology transfer projects encompassing biologics product formulation, aseptic filling, packaging, labeling operations, and localization endeavors. Managed key partnerships in emerging markets including India, Brazil, Serbia, Algeria, Russia, Germany, Turkey, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities included but were not limited to:• Lead the development of business case for local manufacturing in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.• Lead a team of 9 people of partnering quality function, setting goals, strategy, plans and performance evaluations.• Mentoring and Coaching leaders around the globe on shifting to a creative mindset using LCP (Leadership Circle Profile)• Lead several projects at the local affiliate Quality function in Egypt and Saudi Arabia on several projects such as Hired of local Quality function to support, process improvement initiatives, mentoring local leaders, and provide hands on GMP trainings (servant leadership, lean mindset and behaviors, Emerging Market challenges, cold chain, Quality system and Quality Mindset trainings).• With ASQ CQA (Certified Quality Auditor) Certification lead over 200 CMO and Internal site GMP audits for manufacturing fill finish, Drug Substance, Packaging and labeling operations, warehousing, distribution and medical device sites and CROs. • Established Risk Based internal and external auditing requirements and procedural enhancements.• Developed a comprehensive on the spot auditor cGMP regulation search tool.• Preparing partners for Roche, Authority inspection when needed.• Support Site Divestment Projects for Small Molecules Sites in the merger and acquisition team (7-month assignment in Corporate Finance, Merger and Acquisition team in Basel)
