Technical integration of CAPARS at SNL. CAPARS is an atmospheric dispersion modeling system built in the 90s. I reverse engineered the existing system, and customized it for SNL. This involved-Building redundant physical servers, installing and configuring the OS-Reverse Engineering the existing CAPARS system, and integrating it into the new OS and security protocols-Making countless upgrades to the existing system for SNL\'s requirements.
