I have developed an extensive network of resources that enables my client\'s transitioning experience to be hassle and stress free. I network of resources include transitioning services, Elder Law Attorneys and trusted contractors. Recently, I transitioned my 90 year out of state old mother from her home to a senior living community. The transition occurred in 24 hours and was seamless for mom.
