I have spent the last 13 years learning about this industry and can reliably advise on fabrics, garments, EN ISO standards and a \'best fit solution\' for your company. Proactive, strategic sales professional Managed external sales teams for the best part of 25 years Deliver \'the number\' through recruiting, mentoring and driving a motivated sales force. Extensive experience in budgeting, marketing, recruitment, human resources, project work and strategy planning/implementation. I sit on the European Textile Services Association marketing and communications committee and have an understanding of how all things \'european\' work. I have been extremely successful over the course of my career so far, not only achieving personal milestones but also having been fortunate enough to have coached, mentored and developed the careers of a number of team members over the last 20 or so years. I am a qualified Thomas PPA, GIA and TEiQ practitioner, have experienced a vast and varied array of training (Project Management, Finance, Leadership, Managing Excellence, Dale Carnegie etc) and place a huge amount of importance on people development.
