While I don’t engage with customers directly, I’m dedicated to making sure the internal processes support a seamless and timely delivery experience.I also closely monitor performance metrics, such as on-time delivery rates, trailer utilization, and driver efficiency. My goal is always to improve operational performance by minimizing dead miles and optimizing available driving hours.
