Are you a business leader struggling to manage your teams online? Are you a coach wanting to take your coaching to the next level with body-centred skills?I\'m an award-winning trainer in well-being and somatics. I’m also a certified team coach with more than 14 years experience of group facilitation, coaching and training in the UK and Europe. As a systemic coach I has regularly supported teams and companies through times of transition. This year my work in the field of well-being and embodied leadership have come together in an unexpected way, as we live into this new world of social distancing. Upcoming I am offering a fully integrated course Somatic Coach Training which is suitable for qualified coaches who wish to get accredited (following the full pathway) or accredited coaches wishing to add Somatic skills (module 1 only).Most recently, I’ve been running stress management training online for paediatricians with great success.I’ve worked with senior teams from global technology companies to produce a leadership strategy supporting LGBT+ inclusion, as well as mentor coaching for individual members of the senior leadership teams.In France, I ran multi-day workshops with board-level executives to support major banks through the culture change of a corporate merger.If you are interested in understanding how embodying your leadership will translate into a far more powerful way of leading virtually, I would love to work with you.
