I set up Executive Solutions 4 U Ltd in 2009, in response to an obvious demand for high quality bespoke training and coaching.I have 20 years experience working in personal development in both public and private sectors. Executive Solutions provides a range of training and workshops to maximise the performance of both individuals and groups. It specialises in supporting individuals to develop techniques that maximise their potential in work and life in general.My early career centred around running a very busy community centre specialising in youth provision. I have completed academic qualifications at John Moores University, firstly in teaching, then in youth and community studies at degree level. During my lecturing career I gained experience in both vocational training and personal development coaching, working with large blue chip companies developing their managers at all levels.My career has been both varied and exciting, working with offender management and the youth and community sector alongside delivering bespoke personal development courses, both academic and experiential. I have worked with multinational organisations developing their managers from junior positions to senior executives. I have transferred my skills into the area of sport at amateur, semi professional and elite professional levels. I have taken on consistent continued professional development from NVQ Assessing to a Life Coaching Diploma as well as volunteering to keep my knowledge and experience current.
