As one of four Assistant Directors of Admission at Muhlenberg College, I have the privilege of connecting with prospective students and working with them through the college search process. I meet with students and families through high school visits, virtual events, and on-campus programming, answering their questions while helping them envision their place at Muhlenberg. I also review applications holistically, learning each applicant’s story not just as a student, but as a future community member. My recruitment territory is in New Jersey, and as a proud Monmouth County native, it’s especially meaningful to support students from my home state! In addition to my recruitment responsibilities, I contribute to the planning and execution of major campus events (such as our accepted students day event fondly known as “Through the Red Doors”), regularly give presentations to students and families, and remain involved in the campus arts community. As a former Theatre Major, I enjoy collaborating with the Theatre & Dance Department to support prospective performing arts students by traveling with the department and promoting our fabulous arts opportunities and programming.
