I am extremely passionate about building and leading great teams of people in a complex global environment. I wouldn’t be successful without an excellent team; therefore I place a lot of emphasis on surrounding myself with a diverse team of leaders focused on diversity and inclusion, positive \"customer friendly\" culture, continuous improvement, critical thinking, organization, and team collaboration. I love to mentor, teach, and share my experiences and knowledge with others. I did so by spending close to a decade teaching cybersecurity for the Masters Program at Towson University.I have 20 years’ of Global Enterprise Risk Management experience in managing geopolitical, cybersecurity, crisis and change management risks in large established companies within highly regulated industries. My career has spanned bio-tech, pharma, manufacturing, and distribution industries. I have successfully led organizations through developing and implementing the appropriate risk governance, risk strategies, and risk processes. In addition, I have successfully integrated several mergers and acquisitions, built multiple cybersecurity operations and innovation centers, and successfully led organizations through multiple cybersecurity related events. I am proud of the fact that all of the companies that I\'ve worked for experienced significant growth while maintaining their risk appetite and risk management culture.
