Own, promote and successfully embed PBO across CAA departments/teams- Work with relevant parties to ensure the processes and tools required to support the further development and embedding of PBO as ‘Business as Usual’ are in place- Lead on industry engagement working with key stakeholders across the UK Aviation business- International attendance as an advisor to International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) events- Engage and positively influence CAA personnel including the management teams and field force across the CAA to ensure sufficient awareness and effective adoption of the core PBO processes, functions and outputs- Extract maximum value from the further development and embedding of PBR tools and processes by using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, process descriptions, business analysis and workflow analysis- Using analysis tools and methods, identify and implement best practice as standard across departments/teams- Provide or source advice and support for the use of PBR processes and tools for those across the departments\'/teams\' business- Actively support the work to promote CAA PBR with our CAA international partners.
