Delivered a large-scale AWS service (Java, DynamoDB Streams, Elasticsearch) that processes over 3 million real-time daily events from enterprise contact centers. The data is leveraged to generate analytics insights for agent performance and help customers better align scheduled activities with live operations * Developed the UI (React, GraphQL, TypeScript) that allows customers to configure this service through dropdown menus that dynamically render options based on user input with robust validation. This feature empowers daily users to monitor and align real-time operations * Scaled our services to Japan, France, England, and Singapore by configuring networking, DNS, and load balancers to support dynamic traffic scaling. Integrated the infrastructure with API Gateway and ECS and implemented fully automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and accelerate development in new regions * Increased reliability of staffing plan generation by resolving race conditions with conditional checks in DynamoDB and fallback logic, ensuring ML-driven plans are produced daily to support millions of contact center calls * Automated backfills of 30M+ DynamoDB records with Python, implementing redrive logic and PK/SK checkpointing to resume from partial failures. Ensured newly added fields and historical data were reliably ingested into the centralized datalake (analytics data storage)* Resolved critical customer incidents by diagnosing anomalies with SQL and CloudWatch during on-call rotations * Upheld code quality by setting up unit, integration, and end-to-end tests and performing regular code reviews
