ABOUT EWAN MITCHELL

I am an experienced MBA educated HR professional, with deep knowledge and strong delivery of a wide range of HR disciplines including- talent and performance management- leadership learning & development delivery- leadership programme creation and delivery. I also have responsibility for Wilko\'s- engagement strategy, survey and activity- resourcing function and apprenticeships. I have experience in Organisational Design and Change, successfully leading Wilko\'s Marketing Restructure. I have also worked as an HRBP, partnering across all Head Office functions.I have extensive project management experience, a qualified Prince 2 practitioner, and as a result have a strong understanding of end to end retail processes, as well as supply chain and trading functions.
