Parmley Graham are the UK’s No.1 Independent control and automation distributor for the last 120+ years, holding strong partnerships with some of the world’s leading manufacturers in the space including the approved value added distribution partner status with SIEMENS.My role within the business is to build strong relationships with new and existing customers to manage and develop the PI portfolio business. This will involve working with 7 external automation engineers to support in delivering full solutions to machine build packages, MRO & CAPEX projects across the North UK regions with System Integrators, Panel Builders, Contractors, OEM’s / Machine Builders & End Users across a range of key verticals. Duty Overview- Providing high quality customer support and training around Process Instrument solutions- Commuting across the North West / East to provide onsite consultations.(Site Surveys, Technical & Commercial Meetings, Training/Presentations, Exhibitions & Trade Events)- Hold strong knowledge of the market & competitive landscape to leverage new solutions and trends- Strategic planning, delivery and support of both technical & commercial initiatives which will involve external support between satellite branches, internal and external teams- Manage and report on regional budgets to align with company financial goals- Account management inc. of Business Dev, Stakeholder Management / Engagement & Project Pursuit- Specialist support for Process Instrumentation: Temperature, Flow, Pressure, Level, Analytics, Weighing, Positioners, Diaphragm Seals, Control Valves + various ancillary products- Review of P & ID / PFD documentation (in accordance with ANSI/ISA-5.1-2009)/ Support with functional safety (ATEX/IS - IEC 61508/61511) & Safe Area Applications - Proactively continue to grow in-depth knowledge around automation products/solutions and electrical control panel work - PLC, HMI, DCS/SCADA, Drives, LV, Robotics, Motion, Vision/FA, AI & Edge.
