   I am the Head of Rheumatology Center of Excellence at IQVIA. In this role, I lead the IQVIA Rheumatology program and work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization to develop and drive the IQVIA Rheumatology portfolio and strategy. Our Center of Excellence works closely with sponsors to develop assets in various rheumatology indications from early-stage clinical development, execution of clinical trials, development of long-term follow-up studies, to commercialization strategies. I have experience and expertise in most of the rheumatology indications, including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, osteoarthritis, gout, Sjogren\'s Syndrome, psoriatic arthritis, and spondyloarthritis. I am a principle-centered leader with a passion and commitment to innovative, patient-centered, and data-driven approaches to clinical research and clinical trials. My core leadership principles are strategic thinking, compassion, integrity, focus and engagement, and a win-win approach. I am dedicated to building teams, fostering collaboration, and working in partnerships to advance the field of Rheumatology. In addition to my experience and expertise in clinical trial design, strategy, clinical operations including data-driven strategy, recruitment, site selection, and study execution, I have 20+ years of clinical experience as a rheumatologist and still maintain a part-time rheumatology practice in Las Vegas, NV. I have been named Top Doctor by Vegas Seven Magazine and Castle Connolly Medical, Ltd multiple times since 2014.
