Oversee team in procuring business-critical IT software, hardware and services. Strategically allocate $150 million annual budget spanning IT infrastructure, managed services, software, hardware, cloud services, implementation and consulting services. Deliver cost-saving reports to CDIO per project basis. • Negotiated with vendors to deliver over $22 million in savings. • Developed savings roadmaps, long-term pricing models, service-level criteria, and project pipelines that generated multi-million dollar savings on consistent basis. • Identified insourcing and outsourcing opportunities that slashed costs at all organizational levels. • Supported EaaS strategy execution through comprehensive IT service, network, and security migration initiative, managing all phases of complex project on time and on budget. • Delivered business case and achieved C-level buy-in for savings-and-spend Qlik Sense dashboard installed in global supply chain visibility platform, streamlining savings opportunities. • Exceeded performance requirements year over year; awarded internal “Harman Be Brilliant” award for Excellence, Teamwork and Respect.
