Overseeing and managing a team of specialist recruiters and resourcing managers responsible for the resourcing of #contractors & #freelancers for Grant Thornton.The team works closely with Business Leads across the business managing the flexible talent community and helping the business to be agile and competitive. Creating opportunities for our contractors to work with high profile clients and on interesting & career enhancing opportunities.Responsible for Diversity & inclusion, Employer Brand and operational excellence for the team. • Moved across to set up an Agile Talent Resourcing team, which manages all of Grant Thornton’s consultants within the UK and on international assignments• Managing Agile Talent, which provides an agile offering to all service lines and Grant Thornton’s clients, currently circa consultants• Successfully recruited a team of 14 recruiters and relationship managers • In charge of overseeing the Diversity & Inclusion strategy for the team• Responsible for the initial set up of the team by managing multiple work streams such as Employer Brand, marketing, designing the attraction strategy, implementation of recruitment processes and assisting the set up of operation processes • Main contact for Senior Stakeholders in relation to strategic workforce planning and a point of escalation for complex issues and market challenges • In charge of setting strategic direction and vision for the team and implementing process improvement changes
