I build the data teams and infrastructure that companies rely on to make decisions, ship products, and grow.Over the past 10 years, I’ve gone from managing education programs across five countries to leading every layer of a modern data organization — data engineering, data science, analytics, ETL, and delivery — supporting products that operate at significant scale. Along the way, I’ve learned that the best data leaders aren’t just technically sharp; they’re translators. They sit at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, and they make both sides better.Most recently, I’ve led a cross-functional team through one of the harder things any data org can do: migrate a legacy stack to a modern cloud-based data platform — without dropping the ball on the products customers depend on. Before that, I built an organization’s first centralized data function from scratch, which is a different kind of hard: no team, no infrastructure, no playbook.
