ABOUT EVY JOHANSEN

I have a passion for people. It does not really matter if we have all the products, services, or technology in the world - the true magic happens between people. So, the important things in life are family, friends, teams, and communities. Together we can solve challenges, overcome hurdles, feel supported, make a difference, and realize ourselves. We all can create a better day for someone, improve something or contribute to things bigger than ourselves.So, what is my contribution?Right now, I am passionate people and technology. I love to be a part of creating great digital solutions and services that are centered around the coworkers needs. To work on services and technology that enables leaders to lead their teams efficiently and feel supported by HR. To enable HR experts to spend their time on activities that bring value to the business and partnering up with managers to solve business issues. Because great products, services and technology puts people in the center But I also look for opportunities to support the people around me. Contributing to the growth of my team, helping them find opportunities to develop or work together on solving challenging tasks gives me energy. Working together as a HR management to support our common direction, translating their business needs to IT, and finding creative but easy solutions to everyday problems.I have learned to never give up. From childhood, through business and in life. There is a way, if not over then around or though or in-between or somewhere else. I truly believe that by continuously improving or changing angle I will get there, applying a lot of curiosity, exploring new or previous knowledge. Proven by the foster dog that was on the verge of being put down, but now is a guide dog for blind. And remember to have fun!
