About Evren Gunduz
As a child, I was obsessed with the book, “Mike Mulligan and His Steam Shovel”. Yes, the vehicles were awesome, but it was the story’s themes of self-belief, resilience, confidence, work ethic, innovation, positive mindset, encouragement, and high-achievement that left me feeling motivated and happy each of the 413 times Mom read it to me. As I have grown, these themes have driven my lifestyle and have led to the creation of Enjoy Life Education Inc, an enterprise that has empowered thousands of teens and athletes across multiple states and countries worldwide. Skills in social-emotional learning, leadership education, and mental strength need to be in the toolkit of every teen and athlete for ultimate success and happiness in all of life\'s performances. When I am not creating or teaching for Enjoy Life Education, you will find me on the trails of Maine\'s mountains either running up them in training for ultramarathons, or skiing down them in pursuit of the perfect carve.
