Functioning within a matrix structure, as a member of the Regional Leadership Team, but also within a high-performing Functional Global Managed Services Team is primarily responsible for leading and actively managing the Regional Operational Hub & Global Principles Accounts specific to that Hub location, while directly contributing to ISS Americas Region’s business growth in a senior commercial and operational leadership capacity. Accountable for the overall performance and Service Delivery of the Regional Operational Hub, providing regional support for global or regional customers in line with the Group’s Key Account strategy, agreed KPIs, and governing contractual terms. Responsible for full customer satisfaction and delivering profitable growth for the Houston Hub client portfolio. Additional, responsibilities include supporting additional business development activities and/or contributing and leading special projects for the Americas Region.
