Review and analyze Best Interest recommendations to ensure compliance with EFSI policies, procedures, and Regulation Best Interest. Conduct monthly call reviews of client-facing teams to ensure adherence to business and regulatory standards. Escalate, document, and track issues identified with representatives; monitor associated coaching and training activities. Partner with Compliance to report and resolve issues identified through daily supervisory reviews. Perform timely supervisory reviews of point-in-time recommendations. Maintain and update policies and procedures for daily, monthly, and quarterly review processes. Manage workflows to ensure completion of all required reviews within established timelines. Respond to findings and escalations with appropriate resolution strategies. Collaborate with supervision and team leadership to address performance gaps and training needs. Facilitate monthly training sessions to enhance representative proficiency with systems and tools. Partner with Compliance and Training teams to develop and enhance training materials aimed at reducing recurring issues.
