Let me walk you through my career journey: 20••••18: While studying Political Science & Public Administration in Athens, I joined AIESEC as Volunteer Product Manager. I was incredibly lucky to lead a hardworking team that achieved a 75% sales growth and achieved international recognition within AIESEC international ecosystem. 2019–2020: I moved to Paris to join AIESEC France’s National Board, where I led a network of 400+ student volunteers across 16 cities, designed growth strategies, and represented France in global forums.(Highlight: 2019 AIESEC International Congress in India, with 500+participants from 110 countries) 2020–2021: At Nexans, I focused on digital strategy for the MEA region. I developed a Social Media Growth Model Business Case and co-managed CSR/ESG communications. Since the COVID pandemic, digitalized every aspect of our lives, I capitalized this opportunity to continue my bachelor online. 2021–2022: Joined a sustainable architecture consultancy startup, I managed digital operations, pitched a Life Cycle Analysis project to a high-stakes clients, and optimized product revenue by 20%.(Highlight: feeling the enterprenership mindset of doing everything-everywhere-all-at-once + the cappuccinos & views of WeWork Paris offices) 2022: After graduating with honors, I spent 6 months volunteering as a teacher in Spain and Tanzania in search of my ikigai. During a safari trip, with barely any signal, I received the news that I’d been accepted to the MSc in Digital Transformation & Leadership at ESCP Business School in London. That same year, I got accepted as Women@Dior x UNESCO mentee, and got to meet & learn from inspiring thought leaders. 2023: While studying at ESCP, I capitalized on our network of investors and started freelancing as a startup consultant & and leadership coach. Highlight: Superjoi Project. 20••••25: I’m currently a Business Growth, Strategy & Innovation Consultant at frog, part of Capgemini Invent, helping global clients reinvent their business models, accelerate innovation, and design human-centered strategies.
