   About the Company: • Growing from a startup to a global business that connects 8M users, Highspot delivers the industry\'s most advanced sales enablement platform and tools for improving marketing effectiveness and increasing sales. Major Product Worked on: • Highspot Analytics Platform - A custom-built analytics data pipeline with visualizations, Highspot’s Analytics Platform provides interactive reporting and actionable insights across buyer engagement, rep execution, and content performance. Highspot’s Analytics Platform is built on AWS RDS for PostgreSQL, GraphQL, React, and Highcharts. A Few Highlights: Expanded and scaled TPM practices to include program-level long-term planning, cross-team/function dependency management, metrics establishment and tracking, continuous process improvement, and Agile best practices. Built a multi-level planning framework along with enabling tooling and processes from scratch and led collaborations across disciplines throughout the “Big Room Planning” implementation. Drove product development and delivery in data infrastructure, visualization, and insights through close collaborations across leads in Engineering, Product, Design, Research, and Support. Developed strategic plans for transition of TPM management from vertical alignment to cross-cutting, high-impacting priorities of the organization. Screened, recruited, coached, developed, and grew the technical project management team.
