   Promoting clean, affordable, and reliable energy for Marylanders in a just and equitable manner and managing a team of 12+ energy program supervisors, managers, and specialists:o Overseeing a $200 million portfolio of grant, loan, and consumer-rebate programs, deploying state and federal funds, for the purpose of accelerating clean energy, resilience, vehicle electrification, and innovation, reducing greenhouse gas emissions statewide and improving affordability. o Overseeing the expansion of direct outreach and engagement with building owners and tenants, community-based organizations, businesses, and local governments, with a particular focus on outcomes for Marylanders residing in underserved and overburdened communities. o Spearheading innovative and strategic partnerships across Maryland state agencies to improve outcomes that advance clean energy, affordable energy, and family-sustaining green careers.o Serving as an advisor to the Director and Legislative Team, recommending policy positions on energy bills, particularly those that govern programmatic deployment of the state\'s Strategic Energy Investment Fund.
