Initially hired to work directly as the Product Manager for Informa\'s Fashion Division, I was focused on driving their digital platforms strategy including evaluation of solutions, implementation, setup and ultimately integrations and reporting for their Alkeon-Born, Balluun and the ExpoPlatform events tools. I later moved to a Central Position team where my focus evaluate cross divisional needs and identify Tech solutions that could be leveraged across our company\'s divisional families to streamline onboarding and reduce our costs due to supporting multiple Tech stacks and/ or instances of a tech platforms that did the same functionality. I am currently back in Fashion where I have been operating as their Product and Project Manager, AGILE PM and Scrum Master and perform QAT for their Marketing sites across their 4 events and their overall parent site that will help drive more traffic, increase discoverability, and increase revenue through gated content access and sponsorship capabilities.

ABOUT EVIAN DELGADO SANTANA
Evian graduated from engineering school with a BS in Civil Engineering and a certification in Project Management in 2011. Evian has a strong base in project-based roles including waterfall and Agile methodologies.After an 8-month internship at Southern Nuclear Power Plant as part of a rapid response team focused on delivering quick, effective, and sustainable solutions for issues that occurred during a planned structural outage, Evian interned at Goldman Sachs in the Operations Technology Strategy team where he performed QAT on Operational strategic tool. He took on a full-time position as an Operational analyst implementing strategic applications to increase operational efficiency, transparency into the firm’s processes, manage risks and streamline processes at the firm. During his time in the Operations Client Experience team, he analyzed client service data used to improve services offered, client experience and measure the success via KPIs. He was a key contributor in the adoption of Agile methodologies within the Internal Audits Tech division where he took on the Agile PO and QAT positions he managed the JIRA boards. Additionally, he created training material and trained users, deployed new applications into production and provided real-time product support to stakeholders.During the pandemic, Evian worked at Wilson Elser as a contractor within the Applications Management team as a Project Manager applying both the Waterfall and Agile methodologies before taking a Sales and Solutions Engineer position at CoEnterprise where he focused on development and sales pitch demos to potential clients. Post pandemic, Evian returned to Product Management for Informa\'s Fashion Division where he led their digital platforms strategy including evaluation of solutions, implementation, setup and ultimately integrations and reporting for their Alkeon-Born, Balluun and the ExpoPlatform events tools. he then joined the Central Tech team to evaluate cross divisional needs and identify Tech solutions that could be leveraged across our company\'s divisional families to streamline onboarding and reduce Tech costs due associated to supporting multiple Tech stacks. Evian then returned to Fashion where he has been operating as their Agile Product/ Project Manager, Scrum Master and performs QAT for their Marketing sites across their 4 events and their overall parent site that will help drive more traffic, increase discoverability, and increase revenue through gated content access and sponsorship capabilities.
