Working in a pharmacy ensures I have a good concept of the importance of patient confidentiality, and how to maintain it. I have helped to manage high stress situations, and took the opportunity to develop my skills and increase my knowledge on the pharmaceuticals offered to patients through the NPA medicines counter assistant course. I enjoy being part of the primary care offered to patients, and believe this will assist me in the future in the rest of medicine, as I have a broad perspective of all aspects involved in patient care.
