Reconstructs the causal history behind every inventory change and surfaces drift between live Shopify snapshots and a deterministic event ledger. Targeted at SMB operators dealing with oversells, ghost stockouts, and manual reconciliation chaos. Launched as a solo full-stack production product. Built with event-sourced architecture on an Elixir backend for deterministic event replay and reliability.• Nanosearch (github.com/evgenylazarenko/nanosearch): Open-source ranked code search CLI for LLM agents. BM25 scoring + tree-sitter symbol extraction; designed as a relevance-ordered drop-in for ripgrep in agentic coding workflows. Returns ranked files, not line floods. Built in Rust.• Skylane: Persistent context and checkpoint system for multi-agent development. Solves the ephemeral context problem: agents lose reasoning history between sessions. Skylane captures, structures, and compresses agent output so new agents can resume without manual handoff. Built in Go.• Miksi (PoC: miksi.dev): Intent-qualified discovery layer for PLG SaaS teams. Teams upload internal docs, an LLM extracts structured product-truth insights, and the result is an API endpoint any AI agent can query to assess user-product fit before routing into a trial. • Minnu (PoC): AI-native professional identity system. Extracts a structured, queryable professional profile through conversational interviews; designed to be legible to AI sourcing agents, not just human skimmers.

Senior product leader and independent AI builder. 10+ years at Unity, Grab, and TradeGecko (acquired by Intuit). PhD in Robotics from Tokyo Institute of Technology. I make complex technical systems usable through workflow design, developer experience, and reducing friction.At Unity, I drove a 70% activation lift on a $120M ARR cloud platform and led 0-to-1 development of a Synthetic Data Platform for ML/CV, which I ultimately shut down after validating weak unit economics and limited demand. I believe that knowing when to kill something is as (or even more) important as knowing what to build.Since December 2025, I\'ve been building independently: launched Retrace (useretrace.com), an inventory observability layer for Shopify merchants, and open-sourced Nanosearch, a ranked code search CLI purpose-built for LLM agents. More in progress.I\'m interested in applied AI product roles at companies with strong engineering cultures, particularly those working on agentic infrastructure, observability, or developer tools.
